Vertical has been the public's favourite restaurant on three occasions. For the twelfth edition cuina oberta participants again chose its menu as the best in the competition, as they did in the ninth and tenth editions. As well as the carefully assembled and original dishes, the public rated the excellent product used and the privileged views of the City of Arts and Sciences, the sea and the surrounding area from the establishment. Vertical, part of the La Sucursal Group, boasts the know-how of the chef Jorge de Andrés, value guaranteed in its kitchen.
