In the third edition, the audience favoured the menu prepared by RiFF’s Bernd Knöller.
RiFF’s Bernd Knöller has received the Cruzcampo Gran Reserva award for the Cuina Oberta Best Menu more times than any other chef. In 2009, he shared the accolade with El Senyoret and Seu Xerea, and was the sole winner in the 3rd and 5th editions of Valencia Cuina Oberta. In July 2010, he was the most voted-for chef from the 63 participating restaurants.
