El Tridente restaurant won the award of the public and was awarded the prize for best menu in the 18th edition.
For the third consecutive edition, El Tridente Restaurant conquered again the award. Its gastronomic bet presented among other dishes Lomitos de Salmon crusted with poppy and turmeric, on seaweed salad, honeyed rice of little octopus and pumpkin and land of orange, carrot and ginger with honey ice cream with rosemary.
