In the 8th edition, the 100,000th menu was served, and El Canyar came away with the Cruzcampo Gran Reserva Award.
Valencia Cuina Oberta’s most active participants selected the El Canyar restaurant as the winner of the Cruzcampo Gran Reserva Award for its Scarlet shrimp gazpacho; rose shrimp and caridean shrimp; marinated moixa; “Del Senyoret” fish rice and Copa Rubén (chocolate, orange and cream dessert). In this edition, the total number of menus served across all editions broke 100,000. Seu Xerea restaurant served the 100,000th menu, which was on the house for the lucky diners, who also received gifts from the restaurant. The figure speaks for itself and is the best award that Valencia Cuina Oberta could receive.
