Quique Dacosta, with his two Michelin stars and three “soles” (suns) Repsol, is setting up kitchen in the Veles e Vents building during the 33rd America’s Cup. From the 6 to the 14 February, the magnificent chef will surprise us with two delicious menus. The first is a tapas menu, while the second, called treintaytres (thirty-three), is inspired by sailing and was created especially for the occasion. Priced at €22, the eight tapas on the first menu will suit all pockets. The second menu costs €120 and is accompanied by the perfect harmony of Valencian wines with desserts by Paco Torreblanca.
