Quique Dacosta opts for Valencia with the MercatBar and Vuelve Carolina

Considered by critics as the second best chef in the world, Quique Dacosta has set himself the challenge of conquering Valencia’s most discerning palates. Following the recent opening of MercatBar, (Joaquín Costa, 27) in Valencia — which fostered the concept of bringing together a bar and nouvelle cuisine with all the taste of the Mediterranean — the imminent opening of Vuelve Carolina, another urban gastro bar, under the management of Manuela Romeralo, has been unveiled. Valencia puts the icing on the cake of its gastronomic offer, with these two original proposals from one of haute cuisine’s finest, who has already been awarded two Michelin stars.
