Valencian Paella becomes a chocolate

The major plate of the Valencian gastronomy has acquired form of chocolate, thanks to the ingenuity of the confectioner Leyla Ruíz.
Her intention was to capture five typical Valencian flavors in 5 chocolates. This way together with that of paella, others have been created with flavor to “Mistela”, “Horchata”, “Merengada” Milk and “Agua de Valencia”. For further information visit www.leylaruiz.es
