Eight Valencian companies will give a Valencian flavour to dishes at China’s finest wine lodges and luxury establishments. Olive oil, pickles, cured ham, crusty bread, cheese and, of course, paella, are the delicacies which will henceforth be served at the finest tables in China. Luxury restaurants in China will also be able to enjoy the finest wines from Valencia’s best-known wineries.
