The first encounter takes place on 21 April, “Raventós i Blanc Wines and Cavas” with a tasting menu for €65. Pepe Raventós from the Raventós i Blanc winery will present his cavas at a wine tasting followed by a wine-matching dinner accompanied by Elisabeth de Raventós 2004.
The wine tasting starts at 9 pm sharp and dinner commences at 10 pm. The second event, “Small Terroir Champenoise Producers” with a tasting menu for €79, will be on 11 May. Manel Plà, maître d’ and sommelier at the Jardí de la Granja Plá restaurant, will be in attendance. The great wine expert will present a selection of champagnes from small producers which he markets through his company, Terroir Champenoise.
