From today until 23 October, you can sample an exquisite eight course set menu at the Entrevins restaurant, all prepared with Valencian oils, as part of the Olive Oil Gastronomic Days in the Community of Valencia. Cockles in brine with a citrus froth, made with oil from the mountains of Espadán and Calderona; grilled scallops in an oil sauce, prepared from various local varieties; and even a chocolate dessert with oil and salt are just some of what Guillaume Glories has to offer, in a bid to extend knowledge of our olive oils.
